After obtaining her Japanese beautician license in 2018, Kobayashi joined a major salon group in Tokyo. Her exceptional technical skills and customer service abilities quickly earned recognition, leading her to take on roles in training new stylists in cutting, coloring, shampoo techniques, and makeup. She was promoted to Senior Stylist in 2022. Through professional training in Paris, she developed an eye for creating personalized styles that complement each client’s facial features and individuality, while refining advanced short haircut techniques. She combines sophisticated Japanese hospitality with modern, trend-conscious design. With additional experience working overseas, Kobayashi is skilled in working with a wide range of hair types and lifestyles. Her attentive consultations and ability to create stylish yet easy-to-maintain looks have earned the trust of many clients. Joined Kira Kami in May 2026.
